If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Assignment Writing Services relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services. The terms “We” and “Us” refer to Xpertdeck Private Limited and doing business as Assignment Writing Services (Product). Licensor and Licensee are individually referred to as “party” and collectively as “parties.”. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

1. For those who visit and use the website

  • Authentic and comprehensive information about the user is required, and will be used for effective service delivery.
  • The password and ID of each user will be kept private at all times.
  • In the event that your username and password have been compromised, we need to know as soon as possible.
  • We will not be held responsible if incorrect information is submitted to us and the user/customer suffers any kind of loss as a result.

2. Conditions that we promise to fulfill

3. General Guidelines and Conditions

  • Once the expert has been selected and assigned, and payment has been received from the customer, the order is complete and no refunds will be given.
  • As long as the requested changes are not in conflict with the previous order and have not been assigned to the expert yet, we will consider accommodating any amendment requests.
  • Please note that we may, at our sole discretion, either issue a new estimate or reallocate your order to a different expert if the extra information provided after payment or deposit has been received is contrary to the specifics in the original order specification.
  • A new delivery date and time will be set at the starting point. If there are any issues, we retain the right to cancel your transaction and refund the whole or partial sum paid to us initially.
  • Once an expert and a customer have reached an agreement on the terms of the order and payment, the agreement officially begins. This agreement will remain in effect until the task is finished unless one of the parties gives notice of termination to the other party.

4. Right To Non-Delivery

  • Unless you pay the whole amount at least 24 hours before the order is due, we have the right to hold or delay the delivery of the work order if you fail to pay in accordance with our stated terms.

5. Detailed and Accurate Information

  • Customers are expected to give all the essential information and guidance.
  • If you don't provide us with the information we need in a timely manner, we won't be able to complete the task on time, and we won't be liable for any losses as a result.
  • We will use the email address or phone number you provided to contact you if our experts require additional information or confirmation concerning your order, and we will treat any response or instruction you provide as originating from you.

6. Meeting Our Deadlines

  • We promise to deliver all of our work at the end of the day on the due date.
  • The customer will receive a full refund and a free delivery of the job if we are unable to finish it in time.
  • Technical glitches created by third parties, such as mail account providers, web hosting providers, and internet service providers (ISP), software applications, or incompatible formats will not be the responsibility of our company if they result in a delay in delivery.
  • On request, we may offer documentation that the work was uploaded on time.

7. Non-delivery Is A Possible Outcome

  • If the project is not delivered on time, you can contact us immediately. You are solely responsible for the delay in notifying.
  • If you fail to pay an outstanding amount or supply us with additional information that is essential for the completion of the job, we will not be responsible for any kind of damage you suffer as a result of non-delivery of finished work in any of these circumstances.
  • It is our responsibility if your order is not delivered, and if it is our fault, we will pay you and explain why.

8. There Will Be No Plagiarism

  • We guarantee that none of the work you receive will be plagiarized. In the event that you find plagiarism in our work, please return it to us and we will pay you the price you paid us in the first place, with an inconvenience fee.
  • In the event that you are unsure about whether or not the work you received from us constitutes plagiarism, we will thoroughly review it and our decision will be final.
  • The plagiarism guarantee does not apply if the alleged plagiarism is small or not immediately apparent.

9. Legislative Condition On Privacy

  • The client commits not to sharing any information provided by us with any third party at any time during our contact with him or her.
  • Customers and users may trust us to keep their details private, and we will only divulge them when mandated by law or a legitimate authority.

10. Revision and Rework Conditions

  • Customers who are dissatisfied with their orders can request revisions.
  • A user or customer might request us to revise the order if they are not pleased with the job and consider that their guidelines were not fulfilled.
  • If requested within the 7-day window following delivery of the first order, the experts will perform this rework or revision free of charge.
  • A new delivery date will be assigned if the work is revised or amended. Any disagreements between the expert and the end user/customer will be resolved by our expert team.
  • It will be necessary to obtain a fresh quotation for any rework or amendments requested after seven days have passed since the final work order was delivered.

11. Refunds

  • The user/credit customer's or debit card information will be used to process the refund.
  • The user or customer would be given the option of selecting a refund delivery method if they did not use a credit card.

12. Payment terms

  • We would inform the consumer via email if the payment was not made while ordering through the form.
  • For us to accept a partial payment from the user/customer, the balance must be paid in full by the deadline for delivery of the finished job.
  • Paying in full for an order before it's shipped is a must practice.
  • If we don't feel certain that we can find an expert and do credit for the work, we have the right to reject the project.
  • It's possible that no appropriate expert may be available for the job even after full payment has been received in advance; in this event, the service will be declined and all fees paid will be refunded.
  • All disputes will be resolved by our team, but we will offer the customer with appropriate information on how we arrived at our decision.

13. Payment terms

  • You assume all responsibility for your use of the site's resources. We can only help students with their schoolwork. We can't give them any professional advice.
  • Access to the website may be disrupted or delayed for various reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website while it is being regularly maintained or upgraded.
  • In the event of any delays, suspensions, or discontinuance of the site, we will not be liable to you or any third party
  • Any legal disputes arising out of your use of this website will be resolved in accordance with the laws.

14. Termination of Order

  • At any time, at our sole discretion, we may cancel the service agreement, your account, and your use of the site, if we find a mishap on the platform.
  • You will be notified either by a message posted on this site or by a letter delivered to the address you provide (email or otherwise).
  • After the end of the term, you will still be accountable for any violations of these terms and any obligations you may have incurred prior to that time.
